Another week gone by and still no Maple Leafs wins to discuss on the program. Just one game this past week against the Canucks, we’ll take you through that contest to begin the Redline Report before examining some controversial comments made by General Manager Brian Burke.

The Revolving Door follows with a report on the Leafs injury situation and Quick Hits wraps the segment with news on a pair of key injuries in the Eastern Conference, the continuing drama that is Sergei Kostitsyn and a major distinction for a friend of the podcast. In On The Bubble, we feature listener contributions from Twitter, Listener Email from James, Michael and Aaron and the Junior Hockey Report.

At the end of the segment, Lake Superior State University Lakers forward and former St. Michael’s Buzzers Captain Fred Cassiani joins us to discuss the importance of leadership on a team, the differences it can make and much more. Rigamarole wraps the show with a look at the recent string of vicious hits in the NHL and whether they are necessary for the quality of the game.

Big thanks to Fred Cassiani of the Lake Superior State University Lakers for joining us on the show this week. It was a real treat to have him as a part of the program!
